It is recommended (but not required) to take Tier 1 first, followed by Tiers 2, and 3.

FH Defense in partnership with Down Range Training Center presents:

GROUND SELF DEFENSE - Women Only

2 hours of ground self-defense training. During this two hour session we will teach you how to defend yourself on the ground, especially with an attacker on top of you. This course will include getting out from underneath an attacker who is on top, getting back to your feet, blocking punches and defending against chokes.

Your instructor is an Active LEO/SWAT officer and former professional MMA fighter with decades of martial arts experience.

ALL students will be emailed a waiver that must be filled out prior to class

Youth 16-18yrs may attend with parental permission.

Youth 13-16yrs may only attend WITH A PARENT  (No Exceptions)
