Thank you for visiting the Down Range Training Website.  Our training cadre is dedicated to providing you with the training you want and the training you need.

In January 2024, California, via SB2 (https://crpa.org/news/), created several hurdles in the way of the CCW permitting process.  On the training side, the state is requiring CCW instructors to all be CA DOJ Certified Instructors.  All of our CCW instructors are certified instructors as well as being NRA instructors.  For our retired LEOs, note we do have POST certified instructors available for your LEOSA quals.
